I’m looking to lead enterprise CRM/software implementations end-to-end, manage multiple concurrent delivery tracks, and partner closely with stakeholders. I want teams where RAID-driven planning, clear documentation, and dependable go-lives are valued.

I’m an IT Project Manager with 6+ years of experience delivering end-to-end enterprise CRM and software implementations for 50+ international clients across private club, resort, hospitality, membership, and finance environments.

I lead concurrent implementation projects end-to-end—from discovery and requirements gathering through project planning, data migration, system configuration, UAT, go-live, and post-launch support. I maintain a 100% project delivery record with an average implementation cycle of four months.

In each engagement, I manage 5–8 concurrent projects while tracking timelines, milestones, RAID logs, open issues, UAT progress, and delivery readiness across client and technical teams. I also run requirements workshops with general managers, department heads, and operational stakeholders to document workflows, identify gaps, and drive clear project plans.

I coordinate system configuration and data activities with implementation specialists and developers, including training, stabilisation, and technical documentation to improve stakeholder alignment. My background also includes Level 2 technical support and assistant accounting, which strengthens my client consulting, escalation handling, and delivery discipline.
