I’m looking for a role where I can own CRM/ERP delivery, lead cross-functional teams, and use Agile execution to implement Zoho solutions, manage requirements and risks, and drive measurable automation and efficiency improvements for clients.

I’m a Project Manager focused on delivering CRM and ERP implementation projects end-to-end—aligning client business requirements, timelines, and budgets while keeping delivery predictable.

In my current role, I manage Zoho CRM and ERP projects with a strong process approach: requirement gathering, project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring quality through UAT. I lead cross-functional teams—including developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts—to execute software projects successfully.

I’ve driven automation and operational improvements through solutions like Zoho CRM setups, Zoho One ERP implementations, and Zoho Creator applications (order management, patient management, and B2B workflows). I bring Agile and Waterfall delivery discipline, plus clear reporting, documentation, and post-implementation support.
