What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can deliver clear, empathetic customer and technical support, troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Outlook issues, and help users succeed through effective communication and reliable service.

I'm currently supporting end users, system administrators, and solution integrators at Limitless Technology, troubleshooting HP software and hardware issues and Outlook through phone, email, and chat.

At Cloud Affinity Technologies, I deliver multi-channel user support, coordinate client email migrations from Namecheap to Microsoft 365, provision users, and set up Exchange Online Protection. I also work with clients to understand their goals, communicate technical information clearly for non-technical users, and identify service opportunities.

Previously at MyCounty, I managed users in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, configured Exchange Online services, and supported Outlook, shared mailbox permissions, and SharePoint sites. I maintain thorough case documentation and achieved 98% accuracy in case notes.
