What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Principal-level Customer Success role in enterprise SaaS where I can lead cross-functional expansion, retention, and delivery/program management—using GenAI and modern customer-health signals to drive measurable outcomes.

I’m a Principal Customer Success Manager (EMEA Enterprise SaaS), focused on retaining and expanding strategic accounts across complex data, analytics, and AI platforms. I lead cross-functional success-led growth and delivery/program management—currently managing 15 strategic accounts in EMEA (+€15M) and driving €630K in upsell through deal shaping.

I also act as the “voice of customer” across Customer Success and Product, sharing roadmap and adoption priorities for enterprise use cases. I accelerate my work with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) and Qlik capabilities like Insight Advisor, AutoML, and Qlik Answers, and I use Salesforce Einstein plus AI-driven health score analysis to proactively manage churn risk and expansion opportunities.

Previously, as Lead Customer Success Manager at Talend (acquired by Qlik), I delivered nearly 100% renewal rates and earned a 2022 CSM achiever award (quotas exceeded, NER >120%), guiding business adoption across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Earlier in my career, I managed enterprise portfolios and localization/transformation programs at Socialbakers (now Emplifi) and Unbabel, and I built deep commercial and stakeholder skills through account leadership roles at Mintel and The Economist Intelligence Unit.
