What I'm looking for

I'm looking for customer service or support work where I can resolve payment, order, and account issues, improve customer satisfaction, and contribute strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

I'm currently supporting seamless payment experiences and customer satisfaction at PalmPay, resolving customer issues across payment support and service operations.

At Chowdeck, I supported customers and vendors with order-related issues, resolved complaints and inquiries promptly, and kept accurate interaction records. Previously at X-Credit Finance Limited, I contacted customers about outstanding payments, negotiated repayment plans, and maintained account documentation professionally.

I've also processed customer transactions and registration services at Courteville Business Solutions, alongside providing administrative and clerical support at H.A.T Concept.

Outside customer support, I manage sound setup for events as a freelance Disk Jockey, ensuring quality audio output and client satisfaction. I'm also building product design UI/UX knowledge through TS Academy.
