I’m a customer-focused professional with strong experience in customer service, loan recovery operations, sales support, and radio production. I’m known for communicating clearly, resolving customer issues, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction—especially in high-volume environments.
In my loan recovery roles, I contact customers with outstanding balances, negotiate repayment plans, and educate customers on loan terms and payment obligations. I monitor delinquent accounts, document interactions accurately, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and meet recovery targets.
