What I'm looking for

I’m looking for customer service and sales opportunities where I can use my rapport-building and phone support skills to help customers quickly. I want a role that values retention, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. I’m highly skilled in establishing rapport with clients and communicating effectively in person and via telephone.

In automotive roles at Toyota Stockport and Mercedes Benz Group, I engaged with customers to assist with service needs, scheduled maintenance, diagnostic work, and upcoming MOTs. I also promoted service plans and warranties to improve customer satisfaction and service uptake.
