I’m looking to grow in a Customer Success role where I can own issue resolution, manage service levels, and strengthen customer relationships—using CRM tools and clear communication to improve satisfaction and retention.

I’m a results-driven Customer Success Specialist with experience across customer service, banking operations, and administrative support. I handle high-volume inquiries across multiple channels while staying accurate and professional, always focused on customer satisfaction and retention.

In my current role as a Transaction Service Officer at Union Bank of Nigeria, I process customer transactions, resolve inquiries and complaints promptly, and perform ATM reconciliation with reliable recordkeeping. Previously, as a Front Desk Officer and Customer Service Representative, I managed customer interactions via phone, email, and in person, coordinated appointments, maintained organized documentation, and improved satisfaction through clear communication.
