I'm looking to lead compensation, labor relations, HRIS, and total rewards initiatives that improve consistency, scalability, employee experience, and business decision-making.

At Mercedes-Benz Vans, I own compensation strategy, including benchmarking, merit processes, bonus applications, wage scale adjustments, benefits cost-sharing, and labor relations communications for executive leadership. I also support immigration cases involving prevailing wage and Green Card requirements while leading onboarding, insourcing, compensation, and HRIS harmonization projects.

Previously at Prisma Health, I led 3,400 employee salary calculations for Executive Cabinet review, supported compensation training and market benchmarking, and maintained Workday and ServiceNow. My earlier HR work at Legrand included leading a 150-person labor conversion, onboarding employees, implementing HRIS systems, supporting payroll and employee relations, and coordinating OSHA training.
