What I'm looking for
I am a strategic and analytical HR professional with deep experience in compensation, performance management, and organizational design. I actively support HR Business Partners and leadership across reorganizations, talent strategy, and cross-functional initiatives. My background is rooted in Total Rewards, but I have consistently operated in a generalist-adjacent capacity, partnering with leaders, supporting employee experience efforts, and contributing to enterprise-level change.
At Flagstar Bank, I consulted on a cross-functional working group to revamp the corporate title structure, advising HR Business Partners on compensation alignment and evaluating downstream impacts. I developed an enterprise-wide guide on performance management and incentive plan governance, which increased compliance and reduced regulatory risk. My ability to leverage Excel and Workday skills to create custom reports has enabled leadership to make timely, strategic decisions based on actionable insights.
