nothing is beyond our reach, if only we knew how close we are to success before we decided to accept mediocrity. I am driven to push others and myself to excellence, seeing growth around me and within me is the key metric by which I perform my duties. My career path has always looked more like the stumbling of a drunkard that got turned around in the woods, rather than a well trodden path, because the actual work I have done and the jobs I have held seem to have no similarities, but looking closer there is a well defined pattern in them. They are all jobs that have put me in positions where I can grow and help others grow with me. be it direct care, sales, delivery, team building, these all have allowed me to teach, mold, and expand my tool set in my path towards leading people and myself farther down the road to success.
