What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can combine customer service and sales, use my communication skills to solve problems quickly, and grow into e-commerce or digital product work with supportive teams.

I’m a motivated and reliable professional with strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills. I’ve worked in fast-paced sales and support roles, consistently meeting targets and delivering high-quality service.

Most recently, I’ve engaged business owners about telephony solutions, identified customer needs, and scheduled appointments to support field sales teams. Earlier, as an AO Customer Service Specialist, I managed high volumes of enquiries across multiple channels and resolved product or service issues efficiently.

I’m also comfortable working with data and processes—using internal systems, maintaining accurate records, and updating Excel spreadsheets. I’ve built confidence in relationship management through tailored communication and active listening.

Beyond customer service, I’ve developed a practical commercial mindset by reselling electronics and developing digital products. I’ve designed and launched Shopify stores for clients and am currently building my own digital products store, strengthening my understanding of online business and marketing.
