I’m looking for a role where I can own customer onboarding and retention, support executives with high-impact administration, and use KPIs and process improvements to turn feedback into measurable outcomes.

I’m a Customer Success and Executive Assistant professional with over 5 years of experience driving client retention, operational excellence, and seamless executive support.
