As Head of Operations at Hotel Sunnys, I manage 24/7 operations across a 29-room hotel and a 30-room conversion project, driving reviews and performance (from 1.3★ to 4.4★ across 800+ reviews, ~55% occupancy, and ₹6–9 lakh average monthly revenues). I also engineered a proprietary Python/Flask/SQLite PMS hosted on a private server to cut quarterly reconciliation from 30 days to 2, and I’ve negotiated and structured contracts—leveraging strong legal experience alongside commercial contract negotiation, OTA channel strategy, dynamic pricing, and multi-unit team leadership.
