I manage a portfolio of six short-term rental properties as an Airbnb Superhost, maintaining a 4.79 rating while operating under a 20% revenue-share model. I lead a seven-member operations team across housekeeping, maintenance, and guest readiness.

I oversee bookings, pricing, listings, occupancy, revenue optimisation, guest communication, check-ins, turnovers, vendor coordination, inspections, and service recovery. I focus on resolving time-sensitive operational challenges while maintaining high service standards.

I have also evaluated bank-auctioned and NPA properties for acquisition and resale, managing deals from sourcing and market analysis through buyer identification, negotiation, and closure.

Earlier, I led exhibition and business development activities at Shonelle Novato LLP and built a strong operations foundation through client-facing roles at FIS and Intelenet.
