I'm looking for remote project coordination or operations work where I can turn scattered work into reliable systems, manage launches and timelines, and build ClickUp workflows, automations, and dashboards that help teams stay on track.

I planned and ran the Bathroom Cleaning Kit product launch end-to-end in ClickUp, building the hierarchy, tasks, dependencies, automations, and live dashboard that delivered 100% on-time task completion.

I turn vague goals, WhatsApp threads, and sticky notes into practical systems people can follow. I map dependencies, automate repetitive work, and create dashboards that show project health in 10 seconds.

At Home Magic Ventures, I also coordinated a 300-bottle custom soap order for a burial ceremony, managing the timeline and delivery under real client pressure.

I’ve built a repeatable content workflow for a skincare coaching brand serving women 30+ and use ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Jira, and MS Project to keep work from falling through the cracks.
