What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build AI-powered workflow automations, improve business processes, and grow through hands-on work with operational teams and stakeholders.

I build AI-powered business workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Google Gemini. My projects turn manual processes into reliable automations for customer inquiries, payment reminders, high-value orders, and notifications.

I designed a customer inquiry automation that captures Google Forms submissions, processes them with Google Gemini, stores responses in Airtable, and delivers them through Gmail. I also built scheduled payment reminder workflows in n8n and conditional order alerts in Zapier to improve reliability and response speed.

As a Volunteer Project Manager at Florida Youth At Risk, I coordinate remote-team tasks, priorities, deliverables, stakeholder requirements, and project documentation using Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.

I bring process mapping, data validation, workflow troubleshooting, and customer operations experience to practical business automation work.
