I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my psychology background in research and project management while fostering professional growth in a collaborative environment.

I am a Psychology graduate from Universitas Gadjah Mada, where I achieved a GPA of 3.63. My academic journey has equipped me with a strong foundation in psychological assessment, research, and organizational development. I have successfully administered over 20 psychological assessments for more than 100 clients, including major institutions, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. My experience extends to managing international academic affairs, where I have honed my skills in data analysis, project coordination, and public relations.

Throughout my professional career, I have taken on various roles that have allowed me to streamline administrative processes and enhance communication strategies. As a Human Resources Manager, I managed payroll and developed training programs to enhance employee skills. My role as a Program Field Coordinator involved leading a team to deliver educational programs to local children, showcasing my ability to manage projects effectively while fostering community engagement.
