I'm studying Psychology at Universitas Sanata Dharma and building practical experience in recruitment, selection, and human development.

At UKM Radio Masdha, I formulated recruitment strategy, conducted structured interviews, analyzed applicant profiles, and supported strategic member placement. I also promoted the organization during campus orientation to secure new applicants.

I've assisted a Psychology Lecturer with pediatric assessments using WISC, FSCT, and DAP, while following standard testing procedures and observing test-taker behavior. I bring communication, active listening, psychological observation, and public-speaking experience to Human Resources internship opportunities.
