What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or service leadership role where I can coordinate teams, improve workflows, manage high-volume projects, and build strong client, vendor, and field-team relationships.

I oversee daily operations at First Electric LLC, a high-volume electrical contracting and solar service company completing more than 300 projects each month across residential, commercial, and construction service lines.

I coordinate scheduling, workflow, and logistics for 8 office employees and more than 20 field electricians and technicians. I also maintain client relationships and work with utilities, vendors, and contractors to keep projects moving to completion.

Previously, I planned and executed solar service projects for Titan Solar Power across six states and twelve branch locations, coordinating technicians, electricians, manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.

My background also includes restaurant operations, staff training, vendor management, customer service, special education teaching, and managing individualized education plans for students.
