I’m looking for a role where I can lead multi-site programs, build scalable operating systems, and drive KPI-driven performance improvements—bringing clarity, accountability, and predictable outcomes to fast-moving, mission-critical teams.

I’m a senior program and operations leader with experience leading nationwide, multi-site initiatives across complex, mission-critical environments. I specialize in translating strategy into structured execution—building scalable operating systems, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving predictable, efficient outcomes.

As a Regional Operations Manager, I lead a portfolio of nationwide, multi-site operational programs supporting 100+ facilities across the United States, managing 50M in annual project volume and distributed teams of 20+ personnel. I designed and implemented standardized SOPs to improve execution consistency and reduce onboarding time, and I established KPI frameworks to improve operational visibility and cost efficiency.

Previously, I’ve owned program scheduled, budgets, and client communication as a Project Manager, and I led aviation maintenance and overhaul programs as a Senior Project Manager with strict adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
