What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations leadership role where I can build and develop teams, improve efficiency, manage daily business operations, and deliver strong customer experiences.

I've led multi-site food service and retail operations for Aramark, Taher Inc., VF Corporation, and Cornerstone Christian School, overseeing teams, customer service, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and daily business operations.

As District Manager for Aramark at Bastrop ISD, I oversaw 13 school cafeterias and catering, managed staffing and vendor scheduling, led manager training, and handled hiring, onboarding, payroll, accounts payable, and client relations.

I've also directed personnel, budgets, engagement programs, and financial results as Director of Operations at Taher Inc. I build productive teams through hiring, coaching, training, clear communication, and operational standards, and I work fluently in English and Spanish.
