In my Customer Support / Administrative Staff role at iSON xperiences, I assist customers via chat or email, handle order concerns, and manage returns, refunds, and replacement requests. I also process and update customer complaints with follow-ups, ensuring accurate documentation of every customer transaction.

Before that, I supported grant-related inquiries at the University of Ibadan (Bursary Grant Section) by responding to staff and stakeholders by phone and in person. I provided accurate information on grant applications and payments, recorded customer data for follow-up actions, and maintained professionalism and confidentiality during peak administrative periods.
