I’ve implemented ChurnZero and co-managed the Absorb LMS onboarding software implementation, including its integration with ChurnZero. At essensys Plc, I co-led sales and marketing operations and co-implemented HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite, Altify and Salesloft. I’m currently working towards Salesforce Administrator certification to complement my commercial and operational experience.
