What I'm looking for
I’m a performance marketer and marketing leader with 6+ years of hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, and 15+ channels, where I focus on building the measurement, experiments, and automation needed to make growth sustainable. At Internshala, I took over when EdTech marketing ROI was under review and cut candidate CAC 4x (₹160 to ₹36) in month one by fixing PMax signals, adding a deduplicated monthly apply event, and shifting optimization toward lead quality using VBB and offline conversions.
Most importantly, I made EdTech ads ROI-positive for the first time (ROAS improved 1.5x) and scaled with a 4–5 experiments/month cadence across remarketing, creative, audiences, and channels.
