I am a commercial and technical leader with over a decade of experience in solutions consulting across digital manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, automation, and Industry 4.0. I focus on aligning technology with business objectives to deliver measurable value across academic, government, and commercial sectors.

At my current role I lead application engineering and technology implementation functions, oversee turnkey project delivery, and drive strategic government initiatives. I manage a 10-member cross-location technical team and have led high-value deals including a $2M government Centre of Excellence and multiple deals above $200K.

I have driven go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, pre- and post-sales consulting, channel management and customer success, contributing to average annual revenues of roughly $7M with ~15% YoY growth. I led business expansion initiatives in robotics, automation, and the Middle East market.

I bring hands-on experience in 3D printing, 3D scanning, CAD/CAE workflows, manufacturing floor operations, and vendor/channel management. I am motivated by building customer self-sufficiency, operational excellence, and scalable technical-commercial teams.
