What I'm looking for

I’m looking for operations and process improvement work where I can analyze bottlenecks, document SOPs, and automate workflows. I want a team that values cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

I’m an operations professional with 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional coordination, production planning, stakeholder management, and operational problem solving. I’m known for turning day-to-day friction into structured improvements through clear workflows and documentation.

In my current role as PPC Manager, I coordinate end-to-end workflows from order receipt through production, dispatch, and delivery. I partner across Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to maintain SOP compliance, analyze bottlenecks, and resolve customer and operational issues through structured analysis.

I also bring a strong analytical mindset, with daily use of AI tools to support documentation, research, SOP drafting, and process improvement. I’m targeting operations, business process analysis, and process improvement/automation-focused roles where disciplined execution and continuous refinement matter.
