I’m open to full-time remote roles across customer support, community management, or moderation—where I can resolve questions, de-escalate conflicts calmly, and keep communities safe, welcoming, and consistent across time zones.

I’m a community manager and moderator with 4+ years of experience supporting large online communities and keeping them safe, welcoming, and well-run. I’ve managed a Discord community that grew to over 150,000 members, answering questions and resolving issues daily while communicating clearly with an international audience.

I’m equally comfortable in customer support and moderation—de-escalating conflicts, removing scammers and bad actors, and explaining product updates in a way users can quickly understand. I’ve worked fully remote for more than 4 years, staying consistent and reliable without close supervision, and I’m ready to bring that same focus to a customer support, community management, or moderation role.
