I’m an operations and sales support professional focused on keeping wholesale workflows accurate, fast, and customer-ready. I coordinate inventory, order fulfillment, and client communication while maintaining operational tracking across sales and fulfillment processes.

As an Operations & Account Coordinator (Dec 2023–Jan 2026), I managed end-to-end order fulfillment—verifying inventory availability, tracking customer purchases, and supporting clear delivery timelines. I also handled ongoing wholesale client accounts post-sale to keep communication consistent and support smooth order processing and account retention.

I strengthen performance by analyzing stock levels, sales trends, and restocking needs to improve fulfillment efficiency and reduce delays. I maintain CRM and lead data accuracy using HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, spreadsheets, and reporting workflows, and I collaborate across teams to resolve pricing, stock availability, and order discrepancies.

In addition, I supported remote outbound sales operations as a Part time Remote SDR (Oct 2025–Feb 2026), maintaining CRM data for prospect tracking and follow-up coordination while monitoring campaign activity to guide operational adjustments. I thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments where process support, data accuracy, and responsive communication directly impact results.
