What I'm looking for

I am seeking an enterprise IT role focused on cybersecurity, system administration, and network operations where I can apply help-desk, automation, and device-management skills while growing in security engineering.

I am an IT professional with a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity (2024) and Security+ certification, focused on gaining enterprise experience in IT security, system management, and cybersecurity.

At SRK Consulting I resolved Level 2 complex IT issues, developed Power Automate workflows, tested and optimized WEBUI AI features, configured Fortinet equipment, and delivered SharePoint support while mitigating security alerts in Microsoft Defender and managing devices with Intune.

While contracting at ONEOK I installed and configured Starlink at terminals, stacked and racked Cisco switches, and configured firewalls to support oil and gas operations, refining my hands-on networking and deployment skills.

In my ongoing IT support role at Primrose Schools I perform Mac and Windows troubleshooting, monitor network and system performance, provide printer and computer support, and execute software updates. I combine technical troubleshooting with strong customer service and a focus on root-cause resolution.
