I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can lead operations and finance with analytics-first decisioning—building S&OP/FinOps frameworks, automating reporting, and driving revenue growth through forecasting, experimentation, and team enablement.

I’m an Operations & finance leader with 10 years of experience across e-commerce, supply chain, and DTC, where I combine revenue performance, financial planning, and process automation to improve decision-making. In my work, I focus on owning acquisition-to-conversion funnels, demand forecasting, and cohort-based strategies that directly move growth and retention metrics.

Most recently, I led revenue performance & operations for XUNO INVOLUTE (USA), building analytics and strategy from ground zero, designing SOPs, and creating automated reporting and lifecycle reactivation campaigns that drove measurable impact. Previously at Daraz (Alibaba), I supported S&OP and monetization by overseeing a data warehouse migration, enabling pricing optimization, ML integration, fraud detection, and customer lifecycle management—while replacing ad hoc executive reporting with centralized dashboards. Across Flipkart (Walmart group), BATAS Group, and consulting roles, I’ve led teams, built internal frameworks, and streamlined operations through dashboards, SOP revamps, and analytics-driven controls to improve performance and reduce cost.
