I’m an Operations and Finance Manager with 7+ years of experience across banking, retail e-commerce, and financial services. I bring a results-driven approach to restoring financial accuracy, coordinating ERP rollouts, and improving day-to-day operational execution.

At Pastelbeauty Pvt. Ltd., I restored financial integrity by successfully reconciling long-standing account discrepancies totaling tens of millions of NPR—achieving 100% accuracy in VAT and TDS reporting. I coordinated end-to-end Odoo ERP rollout, liaised with software vendors, managed data migration, and obtained IRD approval, integrating accounting, sales, purchase, billing, and inventory modules.

I’ve also led retail expansion by transitioning from a digital-first model to physical branches, overseeing the setup and daily operations of 2 new branches in major malls. I lead and support a cross-functional team of 10–15 members and maintain efficient workflows handling 700+ customer packages consistently on time, supported by strong logistics, procurement, HR, and payroll compliance practices.

Earlier, at Mahalaxmi Bikash Bank, I managed credit, operations, and client management responsibilities—evaluating creditworthiness and risk profiles, maintaining asset quality through regular portfolio reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance with national regulations and internal policies. I’m motivated by work that combines compliance, performance monitoring, and customer satisfaction, and I hold an MBA in Finance (CGPA 3.77).
