What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategy, operations, and organizational growth for a scalable business, particularly in a startup business, where I can build strong teams, systems, governance, and partnerships.

I've led business building and operational transformation across Chynabazar, Daraz, Sastodeal, and Fusemachines. As CEO of Chynabazar, I established the technology, infrastructure, operating processes, governance frameworks, and teams needed to launch a scalable e-commerce business.

At Sastodeal and Daraz, I built marketplace and cross-border operations, covering vendor acquisition, seller lifecycle management, fulfillment, compliance, training, and partner relationships. I also led Daraz's system and process integration with Alibaba Group following its acquisition.

At Fusemachines, I designed global operating policies, departmental playbooks, OKRs, dashboards, performance systems, and international invoicing workflows. I bring 15+ years of experience turning strategy into accountable, data-driven execution across distributed and cross-cultural teams.
