At the College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT), I help staff, lecturers, and students resolve technical issues and maintain their computing environments. I diagnose software, hardware, access, printing, and network problems, and document issues through the web helpdesk.
On my Automated Trading Infrastructure project, I administer a Windows VPS on Vultr.com that hosts MT5 automated trading systems. I monitor performance and uptime, troubleshoot issues, and manage deployments while expanding my hands-on experience with cloud technologies, automation, and AI.
