What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote systems administration, contract IT support, or distributed IT operations work where I can independently manage day-to-day administration, cloud and identity support, troubleshooting, and service requests.

At Beacon Insurance, I administer Azure and on-premises Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Proofpoint email security. I also manage the migration of terabytes of organizational data from physical servers to SharePoint Online.

I support network servers, backups, VPN connectivity, and service-management workflows at Beacon Insurance. I use PowerShell for administrative tasks and troubleshooting, and mentor and support Tier 0, Tier 1, and Tier 2 technicians.

Earlier, I provided IT support across multiple locations at Cardiovascular Associates Doctors Inn, Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT), and the Ministry of Public Administration. I’ve worked remotely for five years, supporting users, documenting solutions, and coordinating with technical teams.
