What I'm looking for

I aspire to gain advanced knowledge in information and communications technology, software development, web design, cybersecurity, networking, AI, and application development.

At the Family and Children Division Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago, I resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, and test and recommend solutions. I also program and configure switches and use Active Directory and Spiceworks.

I oversee two locations, supervise ICT staff there, and manage stock. My work also includes using Excel Power Query, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Across roles at the Ministry of Legal Aid and Advisory, Ministry of Social Development and Family Planning, and Tobago Regional Health Authority, I supported ICT systems and resolved technical issues. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, and have training and certifications in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and computer support.
