I am an IT specialist with over 16 years providing desktop, laptop and network support to businesses and individual clients. I build, repair and optimize systems, remove malware, perform system restores and advise on AV and power protection to minimize downtime.

I have commercial experience selling and supporting industrial products in the energy sector, creating invoices, quotations and purchase orders, and managing accounts receivable/payable and inventory using SAGE Peachtree.

As a Network Administrator I maintained systems and networks, troubleshot connectivity issues and implemented solutions such as a custom-built print server in a client-server topology with emphasis on security.

I hold a Diploma as a P.C. Specialist, CompTIA A+ certification, and bring a practical, hands-on approach to infrastructure development and efficiency for any organization.
