Designed and shipped the end-to-end LLM pipeline on OpenAI GPT-4 and Anthropic Claude: parsing and preprocessing, chunking and context assembly, translation, post-processing and document reassembly. Handles PDF, EPUB and DOCX up to 300+ pages while preserving layout.

Built quality processes for a marketing-tools platform with LLM features, including test strategy, regression, and release cycles, and designed evaluation methodology for LLM output.
