I lead room service operations with a focus on seamless shift execution, from order delivery and guest requests to tight coordination with the kitchen. I supervise and train junior staff and trainees to uphold consistently high service standards, including nights and VIP-level discretion.

I also bring a strong hospitality foundation from multiple F&B and room service trainee roles, where I adhered to service frameworks such as LQA, LQE, and Forbes standards. While delivering exceptional guest satisfaction, I performed administrative responsibilities like menu updates and supported onboarding and pre-opening collaboration across teams.

Now, I’m pursuing an M.A. in Marketing Management and leaning into my interest in analytical thinking, communication, and customer-focused problem solving. I want to apply my service mindset and operational experience to marketing work—especially where digital products and customer experience shape better outcomes.
