How you'll make an impact

  • You’ll lead a team of engineers, supporting them in delivering high-quality, resilient software through strong engineering and delivery practices.
  • You’ll foster a healthy, sustainable working environment, ensure clear communication and feedback loops, and empower your team to grow their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Your focus will be on driving engineering excellence and supporting both team performance and individual development.

  • Drive effective, sustainable delivery with strong planning and technical practices.
  • Ensure product health, technical quality, and adherence to engineering standards.
  • Collaborate on roadmaps and support incident resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Coach the team to grow their skills and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.
  • Support career growth, wellbeing, and team engagement.
  • Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and retain diverse talent, and organise team-building activities.

What you'll bring with you

  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on growth and learning.
  • High emotional intelligence, clear communication, and people leadership.
  • Proven ability to foster inclusive, values-driven team culture.
  • Solid understanding of engineering standards and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience leading teams in Agile environments, ideally within digital product or SaaS.
  • Strong collaboration, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
