WorkNest is on an exciting journey, and we're recruiting for a Head of Learning to join our Learning Division and lead, develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets for the Division. This includes managing the financial performance of the corporate segment and leading a team of trainers to design and deliver bespoke training programs for Corporate and SME clients. You will ensure the quality of training design and delivery meets technical standards and aligns with the brand, working closely with subject matter experts as needed. Additionally, you will develop marketing collateral to attract new business, collaborating with Commercial teams to support business development initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

We’re recruiting for an experienced and visionary Head of Learning to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for learning and development, strong commercial instincts, and a desire to shape the future of corporate training. You'll play a key role in identifying market opportunities, developing strategies to attract and retain clients, and driving business growth aligned with our strategic goals.

In this exciting role, you'll lead a talented team of trainers and learning professionals to design and deliver impactful training solutions for our corporate and SME clients. From developing engaging training content to curating memorable marketing events, you’ll ensure our offerings reflect our brand and stay ahead of market demands.

You’ll also work closely with the Commercial and Finance teams to manage new business proposals, maintain strong client relationships, oversee pricing strategies, and ensure financial targets are met. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining operational excellence, managing trainer workloads, and ensuring every client receives an outstanding service.

About you

You’ll be a high performing learning leader and bring a deep expertise in employee relations and employment law. You’ll be CIPD qualified or an experienced employment lawyer, with a proven track record of designing and delivering engaging, workshop-based training for professional audiences. You’ll be confident delivering to line managers, adept at using accelerated learning techniques, and skilled in evaluating training impact through data and reporting. Your background will include business development, proposal writing for large organisations, and managing teams with a focus on quality and detail.

Equally important to your expertise is your ability to thrive in and actively contribute to our vibrant, values driven culture. If you have experience managing budgets, coaching, creating digital content, or working with accreditation bodies, even better.
