  • Enforce information flows to improve communication and cohesion among teams and departments
  • Document the FP&A team’s procedures and best practices across all our major workstreams

Business and Financial Analytics & Reporting

  • Lead the preparation of Board and Executive financial reports and presentations
  • Develop thoughtful analysis and deliver key insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze cost drivers and macro-economic trends within a globally distributed workforce

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years work experience + Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Program or Project Management, Business Analytics, Finance or similar.
  • Experience in building scalable processes for financial reporting and planning activities.
  • Understanding of financial reporting systems and system integration requirements.
  • Ability to establish clear systems for project participation across multiple teams and departments.
  • Experience in managing projects using Asana or similar project management and progress tracking tools.
  • Comfort in using financial systems (eg. Workday Adaptive Planning) and providing data analysis for problem-solving.

Qualities that are important to us:

  • You love solving problems, and understand the connections between micro decisions and the macro systems.
  • You believe in the mission of the Foundation and are excited to dig into numbers and processes to support that mission.
  • You enjoy collaborating with a range of stakeholders, and you value knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
  • You are capable of working with distributed teams using asynchronous and synchronous methods.
  • You are a proactive problem solver and take initiative in identifying needs and taking action prior to being asked.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and are able to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
  • You thrive in a results-oriented culture that favors collaborative decision making.
  • You have strong time management skills and plan and prioritize work to accomplish all tasks.

You are a flexible and creative individual capable of managing multiple priorities and projects in a diverse environment while providing top level attention to detail, and ensuring work is complete.
