About TheyDo
We're TheyDo, a fully remote B2B SaaS organization on a mission to make the customer journey the most powerful business tool there is. Founded in 2019, we developed our platform out of the need for a solution to move beyond mapping customer journeys in large static documents to a live, dynamic platform that enables a bias for action. We believe that for service designers and managers of experience-led, customer-centric companies, our platform is the most collaborative Journey Management tool ever made. For people who believe the only way to deliver a great customer experience is to work as one, we help them to align twice as easily as before and maintain that alignment for the first time in years. Unlike traditional mapping tools, we designed TheyDo to manage journeys across teams, products, and geographies, with everything taking place in a unified journey-centric framework.
