Full-Time
Location: Monterey, CA (Remote, must work PST hours and flexible to travel on-site on a quarterly basis)
Pay: $111,571 to $149,198 (based on years of applicable experience)
Responsibilities:
- Support and troubleshoot Workday HCM software, including Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, including business processes, security and reporting
- Identify system optimization opportunities and propose effective solutions
- Participate in system upgrades, testing and deployment activities
- Ensure data integrity and perform data analysis when needed
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM software, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security and reporting
- Experience in system upgrade and testing activities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
