(fluent Ukrainian) Fullstack Wordpress Developer (Backend-oriented)

We are looking for a Fullstack Wordress developer to join our community and contribute to the development of the company's corporate website, as well as closely interact with the marketing team and our Chief Marketing Officer, who helps achieve ambitious results for our marketing department.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of development experience with RNR
• English language at the Intermediate+ level (B1+)
• Experience working with WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API)
• Experience working with the headless CMS approach
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience working with Tailwind CSS and Webpack
• Practical experience in performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP)
• Understanding of technical SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability)
• Experience working with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar)
• Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP basic principles)
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD
• Experience with A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and optimize the product
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and effectively manage tasks in tracking systems
• Ability to effectively cooperate between technical and marketing teams, translating business goals into technical solutions
• Orientation towards results and ability to bring projects to completion within the established timeframe
