The Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be the architect of our user interface, ensuring millions of global travellers enjoy a seamless, high-performance booking experience. Your expertise directly impacts our conversion and scale by bridging the gap between sophisticated design and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, maintainable web interfaces using React and modern best practices.
• Optimise web performance and SEO to ensure maximum speed and accessibility across all global markets.
• Evolve our design systems and component libraries to maintain visual consistency and development efficiency.
• Own the software lifecycle, from initial design and API integration to automated testing and deployment.
• Mentor and guide peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the team’s collective technical bar.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in Frontend Development, with deep mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Strong testing mindset, with hands-on experience in tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Testing Library.
• Architecture expertise, including a solid understanding of design patterns and integrating with microservices.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 minimum) for global collaboration.
• Proven track record of building responsive, SEO-friendly applications that scale.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Astro, Tailwind CSS, or modern hydration strategies.
• Cloud provider certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure).
