Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in development with RNR
- English language at Intermediate+ level (B1+)
- Experience working with WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API)
- Experience working with headless CMS approach
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience working with Tailwind CSS and Webpack
- Practical experience in performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP)
- Understanding of technical SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability)
- Experience working with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar)
- Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP basic principles)
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD
- Experience with A/B testing to assess the effectiveness of changes and optimize the product
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and effectively manage tasks in tracking systems
- Ability to effectively collaborate between technical and marketing teams, translating business goals into technical solutions
- Orientation towards results and ability to bring projects to completion within established timelines
