(fluent Ukrainian) Fullstack Wordpress Developer (Backend-oriented)

SupportYourApp is a global Support-as-a-Service company seeking a Fullstack WordPress Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with RNR, WordPress, and JavaScript, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining a headless WordPress architecture, optimizing website performance, and implementing technical SEO.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of development experience with RNR
• English language at Intermediate+ level (B1+)
• Experience working with WordPress (custom post types, hooks, REST API)
• Experience working with headless CMS approach
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience working with Tailwind CSS and Webpack
• Practical experience with performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, LCP, CLS, INP)
• Understanding of technical SEO (structured data, sitemap, canonical, crawlability)
• Experience working with REST API integrations (HubSpot or similar)
• Understanding of web security best practices (OWASP basic principles)
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD
• Experience with A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of changes and optimize products
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum processes and efficiently manage tasks in tracking systems
• Ability to efficiently cooperate with technical and marketing teams, translating business tasks into technical solutions
• Focus on results and ability to deliver projects on time
