Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Sales Operations Specialist with a background in the healthcare industry to join our team. In this role, you will focus on working to help each of our new customers onboard by uploading and entering in shift details for employee schedules into our App.
Key Responsibilities
  • Enter scheduling data provided in Excel format by customers into our platform
  • Effectively communicate with Customer Success Managers who will be providing the requirements from our customers.
  • Assist with other configuration tasks for our main platform and electronic
    document setups as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer goals and objectives are met
  • Provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and retention metrics
  • Continuously improve and update customer onboarding, engagement and education processes
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing customers

Qualifications
  • Someone who has a desire to learn and grow into a broader role over time, but is comfortable with a role that focuses on a repeatable process as their core responsibility as they work towards expanding.
  • English C1/C2
  • Experience in customer service, customer success, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer service, sales and tech support best practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in relevant computer software and tools
