As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will be tasked with using AI to improve productivity and transform how sales teams work. This is not a passive learning role—we want someone who takes initiative, thinks critically, and actively looks for ways to solve problems and add value.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support the coordination and execution of Global Sales Enablement programs at SentinelOne
- Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity and help design AI-driven solutions (e.g., prompt libraries, chatbots, automation workflows) that support sellers across the sales cycle
- Take ownership of small projects and contribute ideas that enhance enablement effectiveness and efficiency
- Assist with program administration, communications, and stakeholder coordination
- Contribute to the development, organization, and maintenance of enablement content across internal and partner-facing platforms
- Research and experiment with emerging AI tools and recommend practical applications for the sales organization.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales, enablement, and operations teams
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outcomes
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Technology, Education, or a related field
